Shirley Kavanagh is Managing Director and founder of Executive Support Limited. A company she established in 2000 providing solutions that develop leadership capability, improve performance and deliver real change to Corporate clients in Ireland and the UK. Prior to this, Shirley spent fifteen years in a number of senior Executive positions in one of Irelands leading Financial Institutions AXA, achieving a Board position at age 32 and appointed an Executive Director in the Company at 35.

A Masters graduate of Trinity College and an alumnus from a number of Business Schools including, IMD in Lausanne Switzerland, the University of Michigan and Harvard University, she is an experienced Business Leader. Her research interests focus on Accountability in Leadership.

Since 2000, she has worked with clients on an individual coaching capacity and on a team basis to improve performance, facilitate change and develop leadership potential. She regularly works with senior teams within both Financial Services and the Manufacturing sector to increase leadership capability, implement change and improving organization effectiveness.

Shirley is an experienced coach and mentor and is a certified user of the Margerison Mc Cann team profiling model and along with her team and the Executive Support partner network delivers client solutions in financial services, manufacturing, utility sectors in Ireland and the UK. She is a practitioner, with extensive experience in implementing change, managing businesses with full bottom line responsibility and brings this practical experience to her clients to assist them in achieving their ambition.
