Coalition Consulting International was founded by Australian-born Cameron Bray who is dedicated to championing 'people' in the workplace. He is a people development and human resources professional with over 19 years strategic and operational human resource and learning and development experience. Furthermore, he is an experienced coach and business partner who has worked in a variety of sectors including retail and finance.

Cameron was privileged to have a dynamic career with The Body Shop, the world's leading ethical skin and hair care retailer. During his 13 years there he worked in several UK domestic and international human resources and development roles. Latterly he was the Director of Human Resources for a UK assurance company where he was instrumental in introducing a new and transformational HR agenda.

Professionally Cameron is principled and passionate and he intrinsically understands how people play an integral part to an organisation’s success.  He is uncompromising in challenging the status quo, especially of leaders.

Regarding his formal qualifications Cameron has a Business Degree in Communications as well as his Chartered Institute of People Development qualification. He successfully completed his Masters in Executive HRM from Kingston University, London with distinction. Vocationally he is NLP (practitioner) and MBTI qualified.

Personally you will find Cameron a highly intuitive, enthusiastic and connected individual who takes life 'by the scruff of the neck'. His zest for life is infectious. When not working, you will most find him travelling the world. Like many Australians he has an insatiable desire to explore this wonderful planet. Oh, he bakes a great cheesecake too.
